The wood apple pod (Limonia acidissima) is a beautiful natural cave and fantastic hiding spot for many small bottom dwelling fish. Also loved by shrimp and snails alike. 
releases tannins, humid acid and grows biofilm that is beneficial for a natural aquarium. 

These pods are native to India, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka.
