Dwarf Sagittaria is an undemanding plant great for beginner aqariums. It’s a beautiful vibrant green and it’s a fast grower once it settles in. It spreads laterally via ‘runners’ creating a lush carpet over time. 

While Dwarf Sag typically stays short (1-2.5” / 2.5-6.25cm) and prefers low light, it can suddenly grow tall (12”+ / 30cm+) under certain conditions. Naturally found along coastline around North America it is commonly seen in fresh and brackish waters, meaning it is one of the few plants that will thrive in a brackish tank environment. It’s growth rate is fast once established.
