Lobed Water Sprite (Ceratopteris Cornuta) is a favourite to many, as it can grow into gorgeous thick leaves under the right conditions, and absorb massive amounts of nitrates.  

The Lobed Water Sprite is a gorgeous plant that grows quickly, and can turn an empty space a green oasis in no time! Shrimplets and fry absolutely love this plant, especially when it is used as a floater. long fluffy hanging roots gives them a comfortable place to hide and thrive. It does prefer bright light, but can still grow under moderate light, floating or planted in the aquarium.
